Sorry if this has been reported, I tried searching with a couple different keywords (hotkeys, shortcuts, keyboard shortcuts) and didn't see anything. Happens every time. Thankfully it doesn't happen in Windowed Fullscreen though.

I am also having this issue, along with the keyboard losing functionality in tab screens and escape menu, but the mouse pointer will still select on-screen elements.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
