While in Fullscreen, Alt-tabbing out of the game disables the use of keyboard shortcuts.

Sorry if this has been reported, I tried searching with a couple different keywords (hotkeys, shortcuts, keyboard shortcuts) and didn't see anything. Happens every time. Thankfully it doesn't happen in Windowed Fullscreen though.
