Building on the top of the snack stand

I spent 2 evenings building a ramp to the top of the snack bar stand just to find that it is impossible to build on top of it. It is possible to base all of the building on the ramp that I built but it is massively risky because one mistake at the bottom could have collapse everything at the top.

I was planning to create a Grounded 1 style elevator to the top of it and build a cosy house up there as well as the expedition base (note incoming ziplines and flying buggies given the landing pad presence). It was utterly disappointing to find out that I cannot ground structures up there. I have to say anything built up there is currently ungrounded ;)
