Aim Assist Toggle

This is minor but not being able to toggle off aim assist is troublesome. I’ve found it’s hard on some bugs to get aim at weak points because I have to fight the snap to center, or I hit the wrong bug because my cross hair switched to another. I thought it was controller only but I noticed even keyboard and mouse had it which I feel like it probably should be off by default.
