Add ability to quick upgrade builds from grass to stone or other materials.

I notices when building bases its very annoying to upgrade the material you are using as you have to recycle and tear down your old walls/foundations to build new stronger ones in their place, shouldn't there be an option to just upgrade them to a better material?
