Impassable Building

In the screenshot I am attempting to go down the stairs. This is a single wall high stairwell using grass stairs, the slanted clover roof, and the pine walls. It would not allow me to go down the stairs unless I crouched. You can see there is plenty of space above my character's head.

I attempted this with the slanted thatch roof, and it also would not let me through unless I crouched.
