Bug Report: Dandelions not dropping weed stems

I have run into a recurring issue while gathering weed stems. Sometimes, but not always, when I break a dandelion, no weed stems or tufts are dropped. The stem falls and goes through the "burst" animation, but no resources are dropped (and they aren't just stuck in/on nearby grass). Every time this has happened, I was chopping the dandelion down with an ant buggy, although it does not occur every time a dandelion is broken down with the buggy. I have not experienced this bug while using the omni-tool.

Same, I have had this issue a few times it has happened once to me with the omni tool on T2 weed stems

It has happened on Xbox around a dozen times on buggie and off.
