Cannot Save Progress

Since todays update, the Save option is greyed out with a red banner at the bottom saying "Cannot Save: Max save slots used"
I tried setting up a New Game and I booted up on the laptop, but the problem persists. Anyone else experiencing this?

    I just had this happen to me, played for a few hours yesterday and booted up the game today and now see what's described greyed out save button and red banner at bottom cannot save max save slots used. Is there a work around I've seen its an old issue in the last game as well.

    I had this problem today, and it got fixed when I deleted a bunch of back-up saves (I had +200 at that point).
