I have problem with saves

Hello i have problem with my save last i saved my game and wanted to play on next day i saw here loaded my latest save and get my old items reseted stats mutations and tooth what i can do pls help me !

Apparently with hotfix 0.1.1.2 they changed something with the Xbox online system, if you play on Steam try disabling cross-platform mode from the main menu and load your game
