She is connected and logged into her xbox account. Really need a solution to this please! 1

So it does not appear to be an issue with the game or app but the Xbox account being used.

It seems like it's happening to quite a few people, unfortunately it is not on their issue tracker yet https://grounded2.obsidian.net/issue-tracker
