After dying to gas while riding my buggy near the trashcan in a shared world, I have become unable to find my buggy.  It has disappeared from my ant nest, and the radial wheel for summoning it doesnt show him at all.  Along with this, a strange bug with my inventory has started due to this bug, where when picking up an item it says 0/40 slots are filled despite having around 30 slots filled.
