Hello,
I'm playing with a friend on his server (just us two). We logged out in our small base leaving the red ants both outside.
Today I logged in again and my red ant buggy is no where to be found, his one was still there.
It's still active when I press on T (on the buggy wheel). I can't call it (no whistle sound). I dont see it anywhere on the map. But it says it's still following me. My buddy got me a new red soldier ant egg, but now it says I have two. The first one is still no where to be found.
I tried disconnect from the server (fully quit the game) and reconnect. I tried dying and respawning, we also tried sleeping and waking up, but nothing worked to get my first one back. I also don't see a way to abandon my first one, and calling it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help me solve this issue?

i have a fix for this,  i think...   log out of your friends game, and have him return his buggy to the ant hill and see if yours returns.  Had this same issue with my friends buggy, hers disappeared under the map, but the icon was still there, she left and came back a couple times and it didn't fix the problem.   After she logged off, I returned my buggy to ant hill, and her buggy replaced it,  then after returning her buggy the the ant hill, i went and unclaimed it,   word of advice..  don't put anything on the buggy if its not your hosted game, this will prevent you from loosing important items.  instead drop them for your host to pick up and put on his buggy.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunatly it didn't work. Hopefully we did it correctly. Also one thing that is different is that I don't see the first buggy anywhere, not in/beneath the floor or on the map. As you can see on the second picture, the second buggy has a red line in the inner circle, the first one, doesn't have that when hovering that image. 

We also didn't find any option to unclaim a buggy.

It's locked, though didnt find him yet. 

Having exactly the same issue.

Red solider ant showing as active but nowhere to be seen after sleeping. Very frustrating!

Hopefully a patch is sorted quickly for this. We've tried multiple different solutions such as logging off and on, host logging off and on, changing characters - but to no avail.
