Story progress stuck

Hello all,

I am having an issue where my story progress is stuck at "Insert the snackbar TURBO Optical Disk into the terminal" even though I think we are way past that. I can see the disk in my inventory but when I go to insert it there is no option other than using the ranger terminal. Any ideas on how to get past this block?
