BUG: Cannot Complete "Defeat O.R.C. guards at the berry stash"

Our group has had the same issue. We cant progress the story any farther. We have tried everything. I heard someone say to just go back on your save file to restart the encounter, but we are too far along now we don't want to loose any progress. We also died the first time and the guard bees just wondered off.

i also had a problem so what i did was i built grass stairs somewhat below the bee, u keep building stairs until ur spear (i used the pebble one) can reach the bee and hit it, once it hits the bee it will start going after you.

Me and my buddy spent two hours building a 400 meter high stair case to the bee floating in air once you see purple coming out of bee shoot a arrow at it and it will come back down.

I looked up where the next signal towers were and went to them and the next quest started. Gonna try the stairs tomorrow, I saw someone say the bee kept getting higher but one can hope.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOING THIS! THE BEE WILL CONTINUE TO GO HIGHER! MODS DELETE THE POSTS ABOUT STAIRS!

Maybe try going higher or reloading the game and seeing if it resets the height of the bee? Sounds like those guys went extremely high and ive noticed my bee is sometimes lower than max height when I load in but then climbs higher if I try to get closer. Did you hit an invisible wall or something?

Can confirm the staircase method works. I was almost eye level with the street lamp when I was done

Just did this and you will need to build very high up. It definitely works.

I built stairways to bee #1 and got about 250cm above ground and was able to kill it. I found bee #2 about 1 inch directly south of the camera, flying high, but not too high that I could shoot it with an arrow. Beat that second bee, and the mission completed.

hey for anyone still struggling with this and want a fix before the patch simply build a lean to in under the berry trees area and make that lean to your spawn point sleep the night and for me the morning the last bee spawned back normally, i killed her and progressed the quest.

Me and our group of friends got stuck at this quest as well, but we FIXED it. We had to kill bees to complete the quest but it spawned way in the sky. We had to build a massive stair case then shot him with a bow took a while and thought it wouldn't work but after getting close enough it did. I can't post a picture because it has to be smaller than 512kb but it's really tall...

At the Bush , Can see the 2 bees max height,  can shoot, cant reach. I guess means no progress..

Just confirmed the stair method. i just finished the mission. i built up to it and had to get super close to the bee because there was an invisible forcefield. it was stuck flying high kinda aiming towards the lamp.after i shot it it attacked me and was able lure him to ground level and kill it. did this with two others and it took a while but its possible.

I still have the problem even after the update. The bee is unreachable at the top of the map.

The patch notes say it has been fixed, but the bees are still not spawning.

I've got the same problem. I was so excited for this update, but a feeling a little disappointed that I might have to spend hours building stairs.

Unfortunately having the same issues even after patch 0.1.2 I am still locked out of progressing the game. Was super excited when I saw the patch notes but here I go waiting again!

It Has become the same problem for me. After the update it looked like it's been fixed but the bee is still so high in the sky. I tried to build steps to reach it, but it goes further away.

Candy stash same problem, even with previous save. I can't move forward in the game.
