I know this has been talked about alot but one of the biggest issues with me playing the game right now is the hot bar not working. It wont save keybinds and having 6,7,8 forced on the hot bar makes those items basically unusable in combat. I like to play on hard and like to heal or use items and i usually have my closer key binds for weapons to switch to. I believe you guys will iron out this game like you did with Grounded 1 but as it stands i can barely play and its a huge bummer. Grounded 1 is amazing and I truly believe you all perfected it and am excited to see some of these issues fixed for Grounded 2. I wish these issues would get fixed before adding more content though, because coming from a seamless Grounded 1 experience makes playing Grounded 2 really unenjoyable. I do have hope though and cant imagine these fixes are easy so im willing to wait. Thank you for a great game and im excited for the future.

I'm on Xbox and I soft locked myself while exploring the garden. Was exploring with a friend and we saw scanner in the green house so I scanned and we were suddenly fighting the stranger and her Broodmother. We were kinda like, "that was weird" and went along exploring and eventually started the story quest. Finally got to the end where I have the lime seed but now we see what we did wrong. The tree is already planted so I can't progress with the storyline now D:

Apparently, I soft locked my save because I put the seed down in the greenhouse before getting the water turned back on? Unfortunately, I did that a long time before finishing the hose and I really don't want to lose the other hours upon hours of time that I spent doing other things (ladybug buggy, base build, upgrades, resource collecting) by reloading a save that far back. So, it'd be kind of cool if the devs could fix that and make it so you can pick the seed back up or something...

I've quit playing the game because weeks ago, the experience just turned into a slide show. It seems to work after a reboot and restart and then a few minutes in, the stutters and freezes just make it unplayable. I'm using the latest Nvidia driver and Windows is fully updated. I know my hardware works because I use MSFS Flight Simulator 2024 in both 2D and VR and have fluid motion and great graphics and that is the most demanding simulation out there.
