Is anyone else having an issue where they can't see the hosts multiplayer name above their head? They can see mine but I can't see theirs?

Series s multiplayer is working on a wired connection but my son’s series x keeps having a multiplayer connection failure. I’ve done all I can I think it’s a client-side issue.
