Blizzard to xbox cross-save not working

I am logged into both Xbox and Blizzard and have played 10 hours of Avowed from the Blizzard install. I bought an xbox series x so I can play on my TV with my girlfriend next to me where she likes to hang out.

However, when I open Avowed on the box it shows Continue as greyed out. None of my saves from Blizzard are showing.

Also, the xbox app says I’ve only played 2 hours but I’ve played 10.

I’ll give it another week or two and then will probably return the xbox.
