Put milk molars and mega milk molars into separate catagories

It's a bit confusing to know if you found all the mega milk molars and only some regular milk molars since you always have to subtract 45 from whatever number you have. So why not put them into distinct categories? It would help since you could disable mega milk molars from appearing in the map so that you could focus on the regular milk molars and possible locations.
