Hi, does anyone know what is causing this weird grainy speckling in the sky at dawn? It looks horrible and it's definitely not supposed to look that way as as soon as the light gets a little higher in the sky the noise goes away. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I've tried tweaking a few settings but nothing seems to help, only makes it worse. Thanks.

Here is the same scene just about 30 seconds later. Noticed this same weird grainy effect is still there but blends in with the colour of the clouds better so no where near as noticeable. Hard to show in a screen shot but it's like the grains are almost shivering/vibrating around in the image slightly. Think the same thing is happening with the water. Looks horrible.

You can't really see but this water was doing it too big time. Made the whole scene seem blurry.

Better angle to see it. Look at the shadows. That's not the shadows that are all jittery it's the water effect.

Waterfalls seem affected too. (Going to raise a tech support ticket and link to this thread, hence all the images.
