Credit for Konstanten for discovering it. So you need an ability that triggers the least unstable coil repeatedly when empowered AND it must be extendable. But the empower points are limited and I didn't want to rest. So I figured i could use sashas scimitar with chanter's ice attack to hopefully trigger brilliant and then use the salvation of time that the priest has. That way I can trigger the belt in every fight with minimal setup. Robes of the weyc and wand of the weyc go nicely with this setup.
