My apologies if this has been reported before or if it was fixed in the 1.3 update.  I had read on Reddit that this was the case and tested it myself yesterday. Using Minoletta's and Whisper of Exiles both maxed at Legendary 3, Whisper consistently does higher damage than Minoletta, with light or heavy attacks. I did not test with other wands.

Is this a known issue?

Configure browser push notifications
