What happened to poison damage?

You craft a spider fang dagger and are immediately met with disappointment even against tiny bugs like weevils. The intervals between the poison effect are so crazy long. 
 

You made poison so weak.. why? Makes no sense that a spiky sprig’s bleed effect is so much more powerful.

Change how you unlock mithridatism to simply require being poisoned (1x for level 1, 5x for level 2 and 10x for level 3) instead of being forced to kill wolf spiders and make poison strong again, for the love of the backyard!
