I'm faced with a bug in the path to garden main quest. I've reached Thirdborn and fought the Dreamthrall but the quest won't continue. The city guards still have their fighting stances so I can't talk to them and enter the city. Also, there is a way point to supposedly finish defeating the Dreamthralls, but it's near the oasis and just floating randomly in the sky. I tried to reload the game, reload a previous save, finish other quests, resting but nothing worked.
