Game is banned on Steam in my country

Hello there, South park Stick of truth is currently banned for my country (Israel) on Steam (only steam, it isn't banned on ubisoft)

Most games aren't banned here (this is personally the first instance i've seen of a game being banned here) and so I don't know what to do

I've checked online, but couldn't find any answer- is there a way to get the game unbanned in my country? I don't want to circumvent anything, I just want to get it unbanned.
