Unable to speak to Hajime to turn bouties and finish wasteland courier sidequest

Hi.

I would like to report that I cannot talk to Hajime. Playing on Series S. When I press X to talk to him, nothing happens. I have previously handed out 3 bounties to him. I just tried to talk to him to hand out Cpt. Tago bounty and the NPC does not react. I am at the final stage of the wasteland courier sidequest, and I have the option to talk to him or the merchant who is the sidequest giver. But It does not work.

But the issue persists. I have 5 delengam heads in my inventory, despite already having turned the bounty once. I have seen CPT Tago arround, and I have already killed him. I have his femur in my inventory.
