I am trying to complete the bounty for Kukae Maka. The Journal entry has both the bottom boxes marked as completed and the next step in the quest points to claim the bounty reward. When I go to Thirdborn and try to talk to Tira Nui Hajime, they do not respond at all. I cannot complete the bounty quest. I have tried going in and out of the city and restarting the game. Nothing works. I am hitting F to Interact and it does nothing. See screenshot.

Adding that I have completed multiple other bounties now and still cannot finish them. Any ideas?

same here!

Just come across this now. I’ve completed Shatterscarp now with everything completed, excerpt the bounties! I cannot hand any of them in because the NPC Tira Nui just keeps saying ‘We’ll take when I’m back at my post’ when he is literally stood there! Unable to 100% this game now.

Same issue! This problem was first reported weeks ago. I am.losing hope it will ever be fixed!

Currently bugged and only entered this region a few days ago.

I believe it has to do with the heart of valor quest. I mostly skipped it by finding the head prior to talking to the Grandpa, and thus gave it to him, skipping a bunch of dialogue. Some report on Reddit finishing that quest fixed, but alas not for me and some other folks.
