Gotta Cache 'Em All achievement not unlocking

I finished my second playthrough today. Thought this achievement was bugged on my first run but I also had no luck on my second try. My ingame map (press X)  says I collected a them all. Also watched some youtube videos to make sure that I missed nothing.

Does anybody has a solution for this?

Some people on the trueachievements forum seem to have the same problem.

Tried to fix this by myself. I downloaded the PC Gamepass version and loaded up my savegame before picking up any of these caches. Collected every cache again but no achievement.

I think this is locked on my account by some kind of weird bug.
