Stuck with Ryngrim and Lodwyn - Impossible to continue the story....

Hi support team,
I'm actually stuck during the story. I must discuss with two pnj (Lodwyn and Ryngrim), but nothing happens. I attached screencapture to show you.

And finally, here the problem when i try to discuss with them :


I tried to go back in the previous zone, but no changes. I tried to restart the game too, but i'm always stuck at this discussion.... Please, how i can unlock me ?

Ok, in the save menu, i loaded the previous chapter and did this content again. The discussion works , it's ok now.

I am stuck in the same spot as you. I tried loading back a few minutes and doing the conversation again, but nothing changes. I tried answering differently, but it still gets stuck. Basically, I make one of the two choices and afterwards the quest still says that I have to talk to them and everyone just stays there... After I talk to them once again, I just get what you have on your screenshot. I really don't want to load an hour back and have to do all of the trials again, so I guess I can't continue playing...
