Unable to use abilities via ability wheel after a certain number of actives acquired

Hi. 

Basically the title says it all. On Xbox (or I suppose console/gamepads in general maybe) after a certain number of abilities you can't use a random one/amount of abilities you have. The number is 6 as that's how many slots you have for personal skills on the wheel (excluding the consumables and throwables buttons).

Currently there is no way to switch page so to speak on your personal section of the ability wheel.

This is easily replicated by being a character level with enough points to have 6+ active abilities/gear that gives you actives also. I love the game and obsidian so I wanted to bring attention to this as I think it's just a minor oversight (or maybe genuinely a bug I don't know of course).

That's the only real issue I've encountered so far playing the game, hopefully there's a fix for this soon :)
