Avowed Don't patch at BattelNet

Good day,

I bought Avowed on February 13, 2025 (via BattelNet) Installed but unfortunately the launcher does not update the game, after about 2 minutes I get an error code that an unknown error occurred when starting the application. ( BLZBNTAGT00000843 ) 

I have now carried out all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Blizzard and also looked at what solutions the community has on other platforms, unfortunately without success. My final advice is this ticket :D 
Technical requirements from the game to my PC are all met (optimal requirements) 
It's annoying that the game doesn't work after 90 euros, even for me :D.
