Philosophers Riddle bugged

Minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but this greatsword does not increase your attack speed after a full combo despite displaying the buff near the middle of the hud.

I also just discovered that the Philosopher's Riddle is bugged, even after upgrading the enchantment to the 25% version. Based on other posts I see, other weapons with attack speed buffs also do nothing.

I think this is a major issue, since this is one of only a few unique weapons in the early game, and the only unique great sword I've found, but now it is useless.
