FSR keeps turning on

Hi there,

I prefer to play with FSR turned off as I have no issues with performance, and FSR gives things a strange look sometimes. 
However, I’ve noticed that when I run the game again, it is back on again after I’ve turned it on and applied the changes. 
Is a fix possible?

Extra awesome if Intel XeSS could also be added, as it looks better than FSR.

Can’t edit my post. I noticed it is on again after I have turned it off* and made sure to apply changes.

This is happening to me, as well. I really shouldn't have to be consciously aware that settings are not actually being saved and have to go back in and turn them off every single time I load the game.
