Unable to Finish Quest (One Last Drink)

Hi,

I am stuck at the stage of talking to Kowha in the quest One Last Drink. 

When I attempt to talk to him, one of my companions just repeats the line "Isn't this where Captain Ngunu wanted us to go." I am unable to progress the quest to it's conclusion.

Before picking up this quest, I had already cleared out the Ruined Village where Kowha is.

Hello, I also have the same situation on PC. Switched between companions and they just repeat dialogue and does not let me speak to kowha.

I just hit the same issue. Giatta kept saying "Isnt this where the Captain told us to go" and as I approached I got spotted by the hostile mobs and all Giatta was doing was repeating the same line over and over and over. I cleared out the mobs, looted them and then ran and jumped all over and went back and had the same issue. Giatta wont shut up about the bloody captain

Okay guys so I think I may have just figured out the issue. Try this and let me know if it works. So I cleared out the bottom of the Ruined Village directly below Kowha. However in the furthest corner from where Kowha is standing is a set of ladders leading up. I went up and found a small group of mobs at the top. I killed them then went back to Kowha and he was facing away from the area and I was able to talk to him then.

Also this was taken off Reddit: Edit: there's also a bug with "One Last Drink" quest in Shatterscarp. If you did the quest to kill Thralls for Kowha before you got this quest he will not speak to you. There's a sort of workaround for it if you sever the Adra during the main quest, which will kill him. There's a note on his body you can take to the Captain. Try this and see if it fixes your bug.

I have cleared out the other section, he is facing away as well. Still the same issue for me.

The latest patch fixed the issue.
