Good morning,

I've been trying to play this game in every possible way that I can, I cannot hit above 40 FPS with my rig WITHOUT enabling DLSS and when I do, then the screen becomes a blurry mess of squares and weird colors. At this stage, I can only play at LOW or MEDIUM Graphics with Post Processing to LOW otherwise any dialogue make the game crash. PLUS, without the -d3d11 launch override, I can't even get pass the shaders when starting the game. My display is a DELL G3223Q. I included my DXDiag here to see if anyone can tell me if there's throttling or what not, I don't understand I've never had such low performances in a game.
