I just killed the delemgan gueen and retrieved the heart for the animancy method quest i have trie to load old saves restart my game i even restarted my computer i have killed all the enemies and the walls are still up blocking me in the only thing in the room is a floating yellow ball above the throne if anyone has anyidea how to fix this or what to do please tell me

Have to have resolve 9+ then wont have to fight as she gives you the heart peacefully so reset your stats so resolve is at 9
