Missing Rangers - Side Quest Bug(?)

Hello! I was playing the game and stumbled upon what I think is a bug. I met Belenna and went to where she told me to go to find Adelarro at the Moldering Godless Ruins, only to find the area empty without him anywhere nearby. Looking online at several quest guides, it appears that Adelarro appears with the enemies that are supposed to spawn here, but I cleared out this area hours ago in my game prior to doing this mission. He didn't spawn for me when I came here initially, so I'm unsure of how to fix this now, and I certainly don't want to have to reload a previous save file. Any advice or fixes or anything of the sorts is greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm having the same issue. Submitted a ticket and waiting for a response. Will update if I find a resolution.

I just now experiences this same exact problem, should I submit a ticket? And is that done here on the website? Would love to submit some feedback, also experienced a quest breaking bug, on another side quest in Dawnshore. I believe it was called escape plan.

Still have yet to have any response from the devs on a fix or solution to this issue. Just a waiting game at this point.

Same for me I didn't even clear them out because I was just exploring I seen them earlier and now they are just gone.

I have a different bug on the same quest. I was attacked while speaking to Belenna and didn’t receive her badge and her diaglogue is at the end ‘’gone gone Adelarro’s gone’’. I was able to defeat Adelarro’s and obtain his badge but now cannot complete the quest because of this.
 

Annoying as trying to play on hardest difficulty, barely been able to play as constant crashes due to unoptimised and now bugs. Honestly not a good look from Obsidian for a AAA.
