So, the pre-purchase playable game is not working on steam or xbox consoles. The game will not start on either, it would be nice to play the game early since extra was paid for, as advertised.

Having an issue like this. Blizzard Downloader claims it was avialable 13 minutes ago but i cannot download or install. would like to play the game i paid for.

Not even starting a pre-load on battle.net right now for premium edition and it says early access has begun. I can pre-load on xbox app on windows as it has cross buy with battle.net, but it registers as a third version and won't open.

OK, so JUST now it allowed me to start installing from battle.net.

Bought Premium on Battle.net and that's not open for install either.

Bought Premium on Battle.net and it won't let me patch. I have been in contact with one of Obsidian's employees, whom gave me the formulaeic treatment. I finished the steps and nothing. Won't let me patch, won't let me in.
I am getting tired now and I might just go to bed defeated, checking back in the morning.

Steam is having the same issue with not being able to play premium edition as well.

I too paid for premium months ago and it just says "This game cannot be installed yet"

Not shocked that there are issues but, was really hoping to play asap since I paid the $89 for "early" access?

grrr
