RAE923 Posted Saturday at 04:43 AM Posted Saturday at 04:43 AM I have a couple of issues with pets that I feel like should be addressed. 1. Pets having collision with grass/weed stems. It’s so UNBELIEVABLY annoying because it feels like they actively go through them on purpose. If you somehow don’t know, insects have crazy collision with entities that you drop or throw, making it so that whatever you dropped goes across the entire yard. The fix is obvious, make them not have collision with movable entities. This doesn’t have to apply to any other insect, just the pets. 2. Pets having collision with the player.

The fix is obvious, make them not have collision with movable entities. This doesn’t have to apply to any other insect, just the pets. 2. Pets having collision with the player. Whenever I’m build stairs up to something, like the wheelbarrow or the castle, the red ant bumps the hell out of me right at the top of the stairway making me fall down to the bottom. They’ll even do it when I’m standing still, it’s like they have no idea what personal space is. This could also be solved with them having no collision with the player, but I feel like that would be too cheesy. So, what if we had a “pet wheel” where we could command them to do things like ‘stay here’ or ‘move over there’. This could be boiled down to “COLLISION ON PETS IS STUPID AND REALLY ANNOYING! GET RID OF IT!” But I’m not gonna act like I know anything about making a game, so it might be harder than I thought. Well, I said all I needed to say. Collision man…
