My game keeps crashing if I try to load/make a save

Every time I try to make/load a save it crashes and if I try to do multiplayer it sometimes crashes and sometimes says connection lost. I've tried restarting My laptop and updating it I've also tried using my phone wifi hot-spot to play and unistaling and reinstalling  the game and nothing is helping please help

Btw it loads the menu fine

Configure browser push notifications
