Multiplayer not working on windows PC

I use to play on Xbox and it worked just fine multiplayer menu loads. Now I'm playing on pc and when i click on multiplayer it says i need to be signed in to Xbox live in Oder to play. Shows my username at the top left corner but multiplayer menu doesn't show. I go into settings and under online doesn't show turn on cross play. I uninstalled game and reinstalled and still no luck. pls help

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
