Game Crashes

so no matter what we do, the game crashes on ps. I play on my ps4, my son plays on his ps5. single player is fine, but multiplayer crashes within 30 seconds, reloads very slow, and crashes again. this happens over and over. the game is unplayable in multiplayer on the ps platform. we've reinstalled, enabled cross play, disabled cross play, signed into Microsoft, and cleared the cache. it looks like a great game, but unfortunately, there is a bug preventing us from playing.
