Au4i Posted March 10, 2024 Posted March 10, 2024 Hello! I’m an avid Grounded player, with around 800 hours! I have went through the story 8 times on all modes, all achievements and wanted to share some ideas I have had, written down in the past and share it with the community and developers. Bugs/Creatures: Centipede Millipede Caterpillar Worms Grasshopper Scorpion Dung Beetle Lice Map Ideas “DLC”: Neighbours House Cabin in the Woods “Seasons”; Winter / Spring / Summer / Autumn The Dunes Aliens! (Super crazy out of reach but it would be cool being shrunk by an alien, escaping a UFO) Multiplayer Servers: By this I’m going to reference games like Rust, CS:Source, Garry’s Mod etc. I really enjoy the story multiplayer, but with the addition of playgrounds, this implementation would lead to even cooler servers. I’ve seen dodgeball. An 8-10 player dodgeball server. Or games like TTT, Parkour etc. I know this is an Xbox/Microsoft published game but there are ways to make a searchable server list without it being a direct copy of others work. This is just an idea I had with playgrounds being added. Equipment/Armour/Weapons: The amount of weapons is awesome, however I think the possibility for tier 4,5 weapons could be added in the future. Conclusion / My Thoughts: Grounded has always been an impressive game since day 1. I’ve been impressed about everything. From design, to story / voice acting. Combos from enemies, the building aspect of the game. I honestly rate this game a 10/10. Not exactly sure how big the team behind grounded is but I do have to say this is an incredible game, I know my suggestion and ideas are out to lunch. But that’s all they are. I have purchased this game for 5 of my friends and have convinced many more to get the game. They all have hundreds of hours in game. Can enjoy it offline no problem at any time. This is truly a fantastic game. I’ve followed it before it was fully released and to this day I recommend it to other game enthusiasts, other people in my dad groups. I hope I never see a Grounded 2. I would love to see this receive many updates and I hope the love for this game spreads. This game even got my game-hater wife to love video gaming. She played it on creative and god mode. But regardless, she now wants to enjoy grounded with me, build cool cabins and make me kill all the bosses. I hope this makes the developers know how appreciated it is to feel like I can share the enjoyment of gaming with someone who never could find the effort to play anything and enjoy something.
