Any idea how to fix the out of video memory error?

so recently i just received my sisters xbox one s and I've been playing dauntless, and whenever i load into Ramsgate i get the video memory error. I've tried uninstall reinstall, i reset the xbox (kept the games and apps) and i tried clearing the cache. Non of it has worked and i just wanted to know if there's a fix.
