Most of the building I try to place are not where the blueprint showed them.

Also, some buildings are misplaced when I load a save.

Are you talking about when you have snap to grid enabled? Super annoying, it shows where it is going to be placed, you don't move and hit place and then BAM, it goes somewhere else.
