Public Test - Playgrounds Server Access Offline

I'm getting this error message when starting the game on Xbox One, any news on when it will be available?

"Failed to query Playgrounds server service for an unknown reason. Playground downloading and publishing will not be available until the service can be communicated with."

I'm getting the same issue, did you ever figure out how to resolve this problem?
