I get the following message when lightning in to Multiplayer:

You must log in to an Xbox Network account and have an active internet connection to play Grounded online.”

I’ve done standard reboot (hard and soft) cycles on the Xbox Series X.  Logged out of Xbox Live and back in.  Network test at 400mbs down.  Reset modem and router.  I’m hardwired.  Xbox account in good standing.

Reached out to Obsidian, no response as of yet.

 

Edit:  I had my daughter send me an invite to our shared world and was able to launch.  I logged out and was then able to log in to my own saved multiplayer world.  Hope this helps someone else.
