Need help maintaining the Brilliance+SOT+Ascendance chain

PotD. Correct me if I'm doing anything wrong with my MC chiper and Xoti the priest.

Xoti: dire blessing->devotions for the faithful(at this point Chiper already maxes out focus)->symbol of Eothas->1st SOT(before ancestry memory is effective in case PL6 slot will be restored)->holy meditation/shield for the faithful/shinning beacon/etc->2nd SOT(closely monitoring ascendance duration)->...

At the same time

Chiper: (position tweaking to aim)thunderous report->borrowed instinct(if it's a boss fight)->time parasite->ancestry memory on Xoti->call of agony(if it's a boss fight)->spamming amplified wave/ancestry memory on other party members

The problem is the longer the fight lasts, the more challenging it would be to maintain the chain, because Xoti's PL6 slot isn't restored by Brilliance that often(the chance is only 1/8? I hardly use her PL9 spells).

 

In light of this, how do you guys even manage to maintain Brilliance+SOT+BDD chain is way beyond me......
