badandy003 Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 And my respect for Obsidian is dead. It's June 2023 and this quest still doesn't allow you to turn it in to NTVUR. Not really expecting any support - it appears that there isn't even a mod to patch it. Just wanted to say that I'm never going to buy another Obsidian game. Outer Worlds has been very frustrating to play and the whole thing reeks of lazy design.
