Eder Approval Bug?

On several occasions, I have been notified of receiving approval from Eder, but it doesn't show up on the Reputations screen. I'm stuck at "2" with no new entries showing up since I reached that level.

I haven't completed his personal quest yet, but other characters whose personal quest I haven't completed have also remained at "2" BUT new entries still appear when I've earned approval/disapproval.

Is anyone aware of why I've stopped getting approval/disapproval notifications for Eder?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
