The Garden Plot feels a bit underutilized and there are a other plant and food types that could be grown using it. The aim of these is to allow gathering small amount of resources for very localized items.
 

Slime Mold: Grow using Slime Mold Stalk. (growable light source)

  • Harvest: 1-4 Slime Mold Stalks
  • Green Thumb Bonus: Slime mold stalk "bunch"
  • Time: 20 Hours

Weed Stem: Grow using Dandelion Tuft

 

  • Harvest: 2 weed stems, 1 Pollen, 1 Dandelion Tuft
  • Green Thumb: 2 extra weed stems
  • Time: 60 Hours

 

Larva: Grow using raw meat. (requires changing names: Grub to Larva; Larva to Earwig or Dermapetra; Grub Hide to Larva Hide; Grub Sludge to Larva Sludge)

  • Harvest: 2 Larva Sludge, 1 Raw Larva Meat
  • Green Thumb Bonus: 1 Larva Hide
  • Time: 72 Hours

Acorns: Grow using Acorn Bits.

  • Harvest: 1 Acorn Shell
  • Green Thumb Bonus: 1 acorn top + 1 Acorn Bit
  • Time: 168 Hours
